As a member of our litigation practice, Adam Ostermeier provides legal advice and representation on a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual issues, commercial tenancy, corporate and shareholders disputes, real estate and land development litigation, as well as insurance matters.

In addition, he has extensive experience representing insurers, primarily in construction, commercial and subrogation matters.

With his clients’ best interests at heart, Adam seeks creative solutions to address their concerns, and strives to offer pragmatic, results-oriented advice. He regularly appears before all levels of court and represents clients through various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

Dual qualified and admitted as a lawyer in Canada and the United States, Adam gained a thorough understanding of the legal processes in the United States while serving as a judicial clerk in the federal district court for the Eastern District of Michigan and as a volunteer at its Federal Pro Se Clinic.
