Catherine DiMarco has been appointed as Member-at-Large for the Canadian Bar Association Construction and Infrastructure Law Section for a one-year term from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.
Established in 1896, the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) is the largest professional association for lawyers in Canada, dedicated to support the rule of law and the administration of justice. Its members stand at the forefront of Canada’s legal profession.
The CBA Construction and Infrastructure Law Section examines the law and practice relating to problems arising in the construction industry.
