Pallett Valo welcomes commercial litigator Adam Ostermeier to its already substantial Litigation Practice.
Adam provides legal advice and representation on a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual issues, commercial tenancy, corporate and shareholders disputes, real estate and land development litigation, as well as insurance matters.
In addition, he has extensive experience representing insurers, primarily in construction, commercial and subrogation matters. Adam regularly appears before all levels of court and represents clients through various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
Dual qualified and admitted as a lawyer in Canada and the United States, Adam gained a thorough understanding of the legal processes in the United States while serving as a judicial clerk in the federal district court for the Eastern District of Michigan and as a volunteer at its Federal Pro Se Clinic.
Ted Evangelidis, Head of Pallett Valo’s Litigation Practice, says, “We are delighted to welcome Adam to the team. His expertise and his dual qualifications make him a valuable addition to our well-established commercial litigation practice.”
