Pallett Valo LLP is growing its already established Business Law practice by welcoming Ryan Azotini, previously Senior Counsel at the Bank of Montreal.
Ryan is a corporate and private funds lawyer with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, risk management and corporate governance.
With significant experience from both private practice and in-house roles in financial services, Ryan advises domestic and international clients on a wide array of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters across various industries.
Clients turn to Ryan for guidance on acquisition financing, joint ventures, transaction structuring and buy-outs. He assists domestic and foreign businesses with acquisitions, divestitures, fund formation and private equity raises, secured financings, joint ventures, partnership arrangements, equity investments and the drafting of relevant agreements.
In addition, he advises public company clients on new stock exchange listings, private placements, take-over bids and IPOs, and regularly advises clients on continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange rules and procedures and securities regulatory issues.
