Current Opportunities:

Trust Clerk – 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a Trust Clerk to join our busy Accounting department for a 6-month contract.

This position is responsible for processing trust transactions, maintaining the balance of trust sub‑ledgers, and preparing online trust transfers and wire payments. The role also provides backup support for general accounting functions, as required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential. One to four years of experience as a trust clerk is preferred. Experience in a law firm environment would be considered an asset.

The ideal candidate will be driven, eager to learn and grow while taking initiative to produce quality work with pride.

The annual salary range for this role is: $55,000 – $62,000.
