Matthew Greco represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, mortgagees, and other individuals and businesses in construction litigation matters.

He appears regularly before various levels of Ontario courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Small Claims Court. He has also appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Condominium Authority Tribunal. In addition, he represents clients through various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediations.

With extensive construction and commercial litigation experience, Matthew has the tools to effectively handle a wide range of litigious matters. His experience includes preservation and enforcement of liens, breach of trust claims and construction contract disputes. Furthermore, he provides legal advice on general issues encountered by those in the construction industry, including collections.
