Congratulations Matthew Kindree on being named a Leading Lawyer Under 40

We are delighted to announce that our Business Law Partner, Matt Kindree, has been honoured as a Lexpert Rising Star: Leading Lawyer Under 40 for 2018.
Matt accepted his award at the Rising Star Awards Gala at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto on November 8. Presented by Lexpert, the prestigious Rising Stars Award honours Canada’s Leading Lawyers under the age of 40 from across Canada. He will be featured in the upcoming November/December issue of Lexpert Magazine (https://lexpert.ca/article/rising-stars-2018/).
Matt practises in the areas of Banking and Finance, Financial Services, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Corporate Reorganizations and Restructurings. He has particular expertise in leading and coordinating complex, multijurisdictional transactions and corporate reorganizations. He is a designated Specialist in Corporate/Commercial Law and Corporate Finance.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association (Business Law Section) and has chaired the Ontario Bar Association’s MBA in a Day for Transactional Lawyers for the past five years. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors
Matt is a mentor to students and associates, and devotes time to assist in their learning and growth. He is committed to serving his community and sits on the Board of Directors of the Randstad Canada Charitable Foundation. He was the recipient of the Gretta J. Grant Prize for outstanding community legal service.
