After completing her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, Guneet Saini joined Pallett Valo as an articling student. We now welcome her as a lawyer in our Employment & Labour Practice.
Guneet advises clients on a broad range of employment issues, including termination entitlements, constructive dismissals, temporary layoffs, employment standards compliance, harassment and discrimination, and human rights matters. She also represents clients in wrongful dismissal litigation.
Furthermore, she assists employers with drafting employment and independent contractor agreements, the development and review of workplace policies and procedures, as well as workplace audits.
