As a member of our employment and labour practice, Guneet Saini advises clients on a broad range of employment issues, including termination entitlements, constructive dismissals, temporary layoffs, employment standards compliance, harassment and discrimination, and human rights matters.

She also represents clients in wrongful dismissal litigation. Furthermore, she assists employers with drafting employment and independent contractor agreements, the development and review of workplace policies and procedures, as well as workplace audits.
