Mujir represents clients on everything from governance and compliance matters (e.g. ongoing disclosure and dealing with securities commissions and stock exchanges) to private placement and venture capital financings, going-public transactions (IPOs, reverse takeovers, qualifying transactions) and public and private company mergers and acquisitions. He also routinely leads the set-up of private equity, real estate, and syndicated investment entities including limited partnerships and mortgage investment corporations.
During his career, Mujir has been appointed to the boards of various entities, including listed public companies and not-for-profits, and has co-founded several high-growth enterprises. The most notable of these is a real estate project (in which he is now chairman and majority shareholder) that acquired and re-designated over 570 acres into prime employment, industrial, and entertainment land in Niagara near the Canada-U.S. border.
