Ray Mikkola is a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate Practice.
Ray acts for purchasers, lenders and vendors of real property. Ray has extensive experience dealing with developers, builders and lenders in all aspects of land development. He has particular expertise in condominium law and acts for declarants and numerous condominium corporations as corporate counsel.
